Victoria Beck is an associate broker with Home Smart Realty Group of Colorado and a partner with the Excellence 360 Real Estate Team. Ms. Beck is also President of New Destiny Educational Products, a corporation established with an emphasis on creating excellent materials for typically developing children, as well as for children with special needs and autism. New Destiny recently launched their first online product, Expeditions to Excellence, a comprehensive phonics-based reading system that has been rigorously tested for success and highly rated by educational experts, parents and children. Ms. Beck has authored two books and has home schooled her two children from kindergarten through high school. She has enjoyed a successful career in advertising and marketing for large corporate and small business ventures, and has been a featured speaker to large audiences on the topics of autism and early literacy. Her accomplishments have been featured widely in the media, including the Wall Street Journal, Dateline NBC, 60 Minutes and Good Morning America. She serves as the Executive Director of the LifeRaft Foundation. Victoria is a graduate of Villanova University.

Gary Beck is a partner with the Excellence 360 Real Estate Team. He is a successful business executive with an illustrious career in highly competitive segments of the payment card industry. His track record of thought leadership, sales, management and value-driven solutions span more than 30 years including Vice President for VISA and other prestigious positions for corporations such as GE Capital and American Express and including senior executive roles for strategic and national sales, especially for new and emerging markets in the business-to-business segments. Mr. Beck has also donated his time, talents and treasure in leadership roles for a number of non-profit corporations, including the LifeRaft Foundation (LRF) and, most recently, as a board member of the Colorado Ethics in Business Alliance (CEBA). He is a graduate of Drexel University.
